It seems that  drivers of the bus are only looking in one direction, to get out of local govt control and set up a puppet commission so they can get all the toys with out accountability.  The consolidation is a good thing but I think the people pushing for it should broaden their committee and bring in Kirkville and Minoa to find out what their needs are and how they might be met.  The TOM did a study about 10 years ago, it wasn't very good but I think the financial data is worth reviewing to see it it was on target.
